The Parties have reached a settlement of the Action for $44,750,000 in cash (the “Settlement”) that resolves all claims in the Action. On October 29, 2021, the Court held a hearing on the Settlement and related maters. Following the hearing, the Court entered an Order and Final Judgment finally approving the Settlement, approving the Plan of Allocation for the proceeds of the Settlement, and awarding attorneys’ fees and litigation expenses.
